This session will provide emerging professionals with the tools to develop and leverage the skill of inclusive leadership, which is the commitment to the equitable treatment of people and ideas. Attendees will receive a call to action to ensure that their organizations are inclusive, and leave equipped to maximize their influence in support of the achievement of organizational goals as the next generation of diverse talent.
Mandice McAllister, Diversity, Equity + Inclusion Manager at Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, is a well known leader and champion for her work in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the community.
At Warner, Mandice provides strategic leadership for the firm’s internal and external DEI-related programs and processes, including the firm’s DEI Action Committee, which dedicated more than 2,000 hours in 2021 to support a foundation of equity. McAllister also serves as co-chair of Mosaic, an employee resource group for Black, Indigenous, and people of color at Warner.
