Danielle Williams

Danielle M. Williams is a Grand Rapids native and Principal of DMWILLIAMS Consulting; change management consulting firm. With a bachelors in Sociology of Business from the University of Michigan, Danielle spent 12 years working in corporate communications before taking her experiences into private practice. While she is a new entrepreneur, she is not new to navigating difficult business and community challenges.
Danielle is an accomplished marketing and communications manager with extensive experience in global B2B and B2C environments as well as with philanthropic and not-for-profit organizations.
Her experience in strategy development, partnership negotiation and crisis and issue management along with her passion for customer experience has grown from a career peppered with twists and turns. Her solutions-driven work style and communication skills have led to a track record of establishing high-quality marketing and public relations strategies.
In addition to being a business owner, Danielle is co-host of her own podcast, Black-n-Blue GR, she serves as vice chair of the Board of Directors for Kids’ Food Basket, and she leads the GROW Marketing and Communications Committee.
