Breakout Session
Self-care is important, yet probably not something we do enough of for ourselves. Stress and fatigue manifests itself differently for every person. It impacts our mind, body and spirit. For many communities, the stress of being a person of color, being female, being undocumented and/or LGBTQ+ can weigh heavily on us – our intersectionality matters! Join this session for “real talk” about strategies we can employ to have a healthier, balanced mind, body and spirit.
